At SS Marketing, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy provides clear guidelines on how to request a return, exchange, or refund.

By placing an order through the SS Marketing Mobile Application (the "App"), you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged products upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received (wrong product, size, or variant)
  • Expired products (if applicable)
  • Products with missing components

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or opened (unless found defective)
  • Items without original packaging, labels, or invoice
  • Customized, perishable, or clearance sale items
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (require special approval)

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Customers must return the item to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

2. Return & Exchange Process

If you need to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange

Please raise the request within 48 hours for return


Contact our support team with the following details:

Include:

  • Order Number
  • Product Details (name, quantity)
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Clear Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Return Approval & Pickup

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your address (if available).
  • If return pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship the product to our return address using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Inspection & Confirmation

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product.
  • If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days.
  • If the return is rejected (e.g., due to customer damage or policy violations), the item will be sent back to you.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is unavailable for replacement
  • The order is canceled before shipment
  • The return is approved after inspection

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Returns rejected due to customer-caused damage
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Late return requests (beyond the allowed return period)

4. Refund Timelines & Payment Modes

Refunds will be credited based on the original payment method:

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under these conditions:

  • Before Order Confirmation: Free cancellation with a full refund
  • After Order is Processed: Cancellation is only possible via call or email.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Item Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must:

  • 🔹 Report it at the time of delivery through the app/call.
  • 🔹 Provide photo evidence of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the claim.

7. Force Majeure & Exceptions

SS Marketing is not responsible for delays or failures in processing returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • 🌪 Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions
  • 🚚 Courier service disruptions, labor shortages, or strikes
  • ⚠️ Fraudulent return/exchange requests
  • Technical issues or app downtime affecting return/refund processing
