satisfied with your purchase, our Refund, Return, and Exchange
Policy provides clear guidelines on how to request a return,
exchange, or refund.
By placing an order through the
SS Marketing Mobile Application (the "App"), you
agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be
unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Customers must return the item to the delivery personnel at the time
of delivery.
2. Return & Exchange Process
If you need to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange
Please raise the request within 48 hours for return
Contact our support team with the following details:
Include:
- Order Number
- Product Details (name, quantity)
- Reason for Return/Exchange

Clear Photos (if the item is damaged or
incorrect)
Step 2: Return Approval & Pickup

Our team will review your request and respond within
24-48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup from
your address (if available).

If return pickup is not available in your area,
you must self-ship the product to our return
address using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Inspection & Confirmation

Once we receive the returned item, our team will
inspect the product.

If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will
process a replacement or refund within
3-5 business days.

If the return is rejected (e.g., due to customer damage or policy
violations), the item will be sent back to you.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order under these conditions:

Before Order Confirmation: Free cancellation with
a full refund

After Order is Processed: Cancellation is only
possible via call or email.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Item Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you
must:

7. Force Majeure & Exceptions
SS Marketing is not responsible for delays or failures in processing
