At SS Marketing, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. This policy outlines our order processing timelines, delivery expectations, shipping charges, and other important details.

By placing an order through the SS Marketing Mobile Application (the "App"), you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed 24/7 via the App. However, processing takes place during business hours.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or app notification.

🔹 Note: Large volume orders may take additional time to process.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Within Jaipur 1-2 business days
Rajasthan (Outside Jaipur) 2-4 business days
Rest of India 4-6 business days
Remote Locations 6-8 business days

Delays: While we aim to meet these timelines, external factors like weather conditions, logistics issues, or public holidays may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on order value, location, and weight:

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹20,000 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: ₹200 for orders below ₹20,000.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of ₹500.

4. Delivery Partners & Modes

  • 🚚 Jaipur Deliveries: Orders within Jaipur are delivered using SS Marketing's own logistics.
  • 🚚 Outside Jaipur: Orders outside Jaipur are delivered through our trusted courier partners.
  • 📦 Bulk Orders: Special arrangements can be made for large orders based on customer preferences.

5. Order Tracking

📦 Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

How to Track Your Order:

  • SS Marketing App (Under 'My Orders')
  • Courier partner's official website
  • Customer support assistance

🕒 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment dispatch.

6. Order Receipt & Inspection

Upon delivery, customers should:

  • Inspect the package for damage before accepting it.
  • Sign for delivery (some orders may require signature confirmation).
  • Report issues immediately if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item.

📸 For damaged products: Provide clear photographs via email for verification before taking handover from the delivery personnel.

7. Undelivered & Returned Orders

Orders may be undelivered or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details
  • Customer unavailability during multiple delivery attempts
  • Order refusal upon delivery
  • Unforeseen delivery issues

In such cases:

  • Reattempt Delivery: We may attempt delivery again after confirmation.
  • Reshipment Fees: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Order Cancellation: If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. International Shipping

🚫 Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Modifications: You can update your shipping address before order dispatch.
  • After Dispatch: Address changes are not possible.

10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

SS Marketing is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to:

  • 🌪 Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • 🚫 Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Labor strikes or disruptions in courier services
  • 📦 Unforeseen logistics issues
